FAQ's

Is the event suitable for children?

We do not recommend this event for children and some screenings are 15+ and 18+. The Double R Club also feature nudity and some themes that children may find distressing.

Will There Be Food available at the event?

Yes. There will be a selection of food available as well as a full bar in the Main Space and in The Slow Club. These offerings will be run by The London Irish Centre and are not included in any ticket price. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds but will run a waiting list once the event has sold out and therefore may be able to re-sell your ticket for you. This will only happen if we are sold out and the waiting list has people on it. Full ticketing FAQ's will be released soon. 

 

Is there parking at the venue?

There is metered street parking in Camden Square and the surrounding areas. Please refer to the Info page for all travel options.

 

Is the event being filmed?

Yes it is! We use this footage for our own promotion and it will be shown on our website and social platforms and therefore shared. By attending the event you give your consent to be filmed. If any filming is to be used for airing on TV you will be asked to sign a waiver form if you are heavily featured.

I'm registered disabled, is my carer/companion entitled to a free ticket?

Yes. Once you buy your ticket, you just need to email us, let us know you are bringing a carer/companion, tell us their name, and we'll take care of the rest. When you come to the event you will need to bring either an Access Card, Blue Badge or another supporting document such as a DWP letter.

Is the venue suitable for a wheelchair user?

The majority of the venue is accessible to wheelchair users and people of limited mobility including a sloped entrance and a lift to the ground floor foyer. There is only one space in the venue which is not.

The venue has stairs going up to one of the spaces and stairs going down to The Slow Club. There is step free access to The Slow Club from the road and one of the team can assist you. 

 

Are service dogs permitted in the venue?

Yes, they are!

 

I am neurodivergent and may need a quiet space at times, is this possible?

Yes, let an Angels team member know and they will be able to show you where you can have some quiet time. 

 

I have Photophobia or Epilepsy, is there anything I should be aware of?

Yes, we do use bright flashing lights in certain parts of the venue. The Double R Club performance in the Main Space may have flashing lights too. 

 

Are there accessible toilets on site?

Yes, they are on the ground floor and there is lift access from the street. 

​

What happens if there is an emergency on site?

The Angels team will be fully trained in your care if an emergency situation arises. The London Irish Centre will control any venue evacuations.
