David Lynch's work, and creativity, and how it influences fellow artists has always been important to us, even more so now. That's why we are giving emerging filmmakers an opportunity to show their Lynch Inspired Short Films this September at A Gathering of the Angels.
Your films should range from 1 to 20 minutes and must clearly show influence from David Lynch and his creations. You can draw inspiration from a location, character, specific visual elements, or even sounds—the possibilities are limitless! Please refrain from using any footage from David Lynch's work in your short films, as this would violate copyright and result in your film being immediately rejected.
Please send your films/links to mel@gatheringoftheangels.com and if your film is chosen to be screened, you will be notified with further instructions by email.
We expect that, with the many talented Angels among you, the short film platform will gain significant popularity. However, as much as we would like to, we cannot accept every submission for screening. Please do not take offence if your film is not selected.
Keep in mind - This is not a film competition, but rather a platform for filmmakers with different levels of experience to present their work to like-minded fans worldwide.

This film and it's 3 sequels were screened at our former event, the Twin Peaks UK Festival.
The cut off for submissions is Saturday August 30th 2025.
